RESPONSIBILITY
Responsibility begins with the raw materials
At MT Recycling Plastics, responsibility begins before materials enter production.
We recover plastics from electronic waste and industrial scrap, then convert them into stable recycled polymers suitable for modern manufacturing. Our materials provide a reliable alternative to virgin plastics while reducing environmental impact.
By combining recycling expertise with material engineering, we help manufacturers use resources more efficiently without sacrificing performance.
Our Mission
Our goal is to close the material loop.
Electronic equipment and plastic waste are collected, sorted, cleaned, and processed into high-quality recycled polymers. These materials return to production as durable components for new products — supporting a true circular manufacturing system.
Waste is not the end of a product life cycle.
It is the beginning of a new one.

Sustainability and Life Cycle Assessment
Producing recycled polymers requires significantly less energy than producing virgin plastics and reduces carbon emissions throughout the supply chain.
Using recycled materials helps manufacturers:
• Lower carbon footprint
• Reduce dependency on fossil resources
• Stabilize material sourcing
• Meet environmental regulations
Recycling is not only an environmental choice — it is an industrial efficiency choice.
The Production of Virgin Polymers
Virgin plastics are produced from fossil resources such as crude oil and natural gas. These raw materials are extracted, transported to refineries, and separated into chemical fractions that undergo polymerization to form plastic resins.
The resulting polymers are then extruded and compounded into the engineering plastics widely used in manufacturing. This process requires large amounts of energy and non-renewable resources, resulting in significant environmental impact and long-term resource depletion.

The Production of PCR Polymers
At MT Recycling Plastics, Post-Consumer Recycled (PCR) polymers are produced from plastics recovered from electronic equipment and industrial waste streams. The materials are first sorted and cleaned to remove non-plastic components, then processed into uniform flakes. Through advanced separation and purification techniques, different polymer types are accurately identified and refined.
After strict quality inspection, the purified material is homogenized, extruded, and compounded into consistent recycled plastic pellets suitable for manufacturing applications. This controlled recovery process reduces resource consumption while providing stable and reliable eco-friendly materials.
